Lorraine Carey is passionate about the paranormal, drawing inspiration from a lifetime filled with inexplicable events that serve as a rich tapestry for her engaging fiction novels. Her talent in crafting Young Adult novels has earned her numerous accolades, including a prestigious Silver Award from Readers Favorite and recognition as a finalist in the Wind Dancer Film Contest. With a prolific writing career spanning fourteen novels, including three co-authored books along with four anthologies, her literary works include various genres, encompassing paranormal thrillers, dark romance, and erotica.
As a seasoned educator, Lorraine’s transition to writing for Young Adults stems from a desire to inspire young readers during her teaching years. She currently resides in sunny Florida, where retirement has allowed her the opportunity to devote more time to her craft.
